Resume of Key Personnel James P. Bucceri,
Managing Consultant and founding Member of the Firm, has over 19 years of
Operational, Financial & Accounting Management experience in both closely held
and publicly traded Companies. In 1990, he received his CPA license from the
State of New York and subsequently left the Public Accounting Profession to
assume the role of Chief Financial Officer for a large Telecommunications
Company. Since 1996, Mr. Bucceri has held positions as Business Manager for a
Cox Communications Subsidiary; Subsidiary Controller for a foreign Parent
Company and V.P. of Operations for a large wholesale distributor. Throughout his
career, he was responsible for the acquisition & sales of companies ranging from
$400,000 to $68,000,000 while in charge of all due diligence engagements. Education: Manhattan College, Riverdale, New York; BS in Business
Administration.
